Synopsis
Even our smallest decisions can affect our whole life considerably and turn the existing reality upside down. From some point of view, important discoveries and inventions in the history of humanity are simple coincidences. Unfortuity proposes to you a chain of facts about the discovery of penicillin, from an accidentally forgotten cup containing bacteria in 1928, to its great impact on the well-being of humanity. Using both historic footage and drama scenes, the documentary tracks all of the steps that led to this important scientific breakthrough. Is it fortuity or Unfortuity? We encourage the audience to make their own conclusions.
