Synopsis

Off The Farm is a travel and food show where our host Neelam Bajwa, a Punjabi from Birmingham, an avid traveller and a foodie will travel around India to dabble with the local cuisine and also create her own dishes with the speciality of that region. This local produce in turn influences the local cuisine and can also be fused to produce international dishes. Beginning with the vineyards of Nasik.
