Synopsis

The chance meeting of Atom and Stella while riding a public bus develops into a romantic and intimate relationship. In the beginning, life together seems almost perfect. However, their relationship falls apart as they struggle to sort out their problems. Czarina, Atom's manipulative employer, seduces Atom and eventually, Stella discovers that Czarina is pregnant with Atom's child. Unable to forgive Atom's betrayal, Stella ends her relationship with Atom. Consequently, Atom honors his responsibility to his unborn child and is forced into a loveless marriage with Czarina. Several years later, Stella marries Roald, a successful doctor who is very controlling. Roald meets a violent vehicular accident, and Stella loses her unborn child. She is forced to be the breadwinner of the family.Meanwhile, Atom struggles to be part of Czarina's opulent world. After several years, Atom and Stella accidentally meet again. They regret losing each other after being trapped in their unhappy marriages. Their situation becomes more complicated as they give in to their rekindled feelings and choose to continue their forbidden love.
