Synopsis
Painkillers is the latest Carry Slee film by the people who brought you Regret! Casper has never met his father and lives alone with his mother Marit. Playing the piano is his greatest passion, so he is thrilled when he is selected to play in a youth orchestra – and especially when he makes friends with Anouk. When Casper learns that his mother is seriously ill with cancer, Anouk is the only one who can understand what he is going through. Scared of what might happen to his mother, Casper and his best friend Pim decide to go in search of his father…
