Synopsis

Covid-19 pandemic has reminded us that any global crisis can be addressed through a strong collective response as Global Climate Summit 2021 galvanizes efforts into tackling the climate crisis. Organized by Eco-network & World Climate Summit-2021 jointly along with 24 countries on 24-25 September 2021, Bangladesh has emerged on mitigation in inculcating climate education and is hosting this South Asian regional office of the Global Centre which is promoting locally-led adaptation solutions. Participating countries (24 countries), namely Bangladesh, Nepal, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Bhutan, Pakistan, Timor Liste, Philippines, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Peru, etc, over 5 sessions, 25 guest speakers from different countries. With this, Singapore-songwriter has been invited to write the theme song for “Global Climate Summit 2021”, entitled, “I Could Save The World”, sung by Hong Kong Kannie Chung.
